About the Role

If you are detail-oriented and tech-savvy, find satisfaction in digital organization, and love immersing yourself in finding new and interesting vacation rentals, this role is for you!

Although this is a temporary position, at 40 hours per week, there is strong potential for full-time employment.

You will work closely with the VP of Sales and Rev Ops Manager to clean up and enhance our CRM (HubSpot) data, and identify and qualify target customers within the vacation rental industry.

Responsibilities

Data Cleaning and Enhancement:

  • Review and analyze existing HubSpot data to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
  • Update and correct contact and company record information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Enhance HubSpot records with additional relevant information, such as property details, rental volume, and existing coverage solutions.
  • Utilize data cleansing tools and techniques to optimize the HubSpot database.

Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify key players and emerging trends within the vacation rental property management industry.
  • Identify and profile potential target customers who align with our ideal client profile.
  • Assist in identifying key information about target buyers & current customers that yields faster close rates and increases confidence among our buyers.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success to improve key info used to prospect, qualify, and close business.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in market research, data analysis, or CRM management preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
